The office of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, along with Tingog party-list Reps. Yedda Marie Romualdez and Jude Acidre, and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) spearhead the distribution of the Student Monetary Assistance for Recovery and Transition (SMART) grant to 1,500 student-beneficiaries at the People’s Center in Tacloban City. The students received P25,000-cheque each as education subsidy.
