A handful of group pleasure seekers enjoy a banana boat ride on the water of Pantabangan Dam in Nueva Ecija even as the reservoir indicated a decline of its water levels from the normal 221 meters to 173.40 meters amid intense heat brought about by the Pantabangan Dam.
