Elements of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the Makati City government tear down a structure which deemed as an obstruction to seamless mobility of vehicles and pedestrians alike during a step up road clearing operation along J. P. Rizal St. and Zobel Roxas St. in Makati City.
