The government’s cash assistance and rice distribution (CARD) program reaches Maasin City in Southern Leyte, benefitting over 2,000 impoverished local residents under the auspices of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, and Tingog party-list Reps.
