Senate Majority Leader Joel Villanueva led the opening of the “Tesdaman Action Center” in Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong on Sunday where 3,000 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) were able to receive medical, educational, and other forms of government assistance.
