THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed the construction of four flood control projects in Isabela province designed to prevent flooding and erosion of river banks in the town of Nanguilian and Cauayan City.
DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan said the projects, worth P166 million, would be extremely beneficial for the people, especially those living along or near the riverbanks.
