The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) officer-in-charge deputy administrator for engineering and operations sector and concurrent NIA Region III manager Josephine Salazar leads the turnover of 16 completed projects benefiting around 4,466 farmers, irrigators association (IA) during the consultation and contract signing with the Bulacan Irrigation Management Office (IMO) in Tambubong, San Rafael, Bulacan on Feb. 26, 2024.
