Snacking company expands network, provides more jobs to Filipinos

Monde Nissin Corporation is doubling down on its commitment to empower Filipinos, announcing a significant expansion of its Community Distribution Network (CDN) in 2024.

This program connects consumers with Monde Bread and Dutch Mill Delight distribution through a growing network of independent brand experts (IBEs) who serve their local communities.

“Our main goal with the CDN is to ultimately build a network of entrepreneurs who will serve as the bridge of our different products to the end consumers through their respective members or ‘suki’ base,” said Monde Nissin Chief Commercial Officer Samuel Sih.

Boasting over 25 dealers and 1,200 IBEs across Luzon, the network is set to expand to the Visayas and Mindanao. Committed to inclusive growth, Monde Nissin aims to empower over 5,000 IBEs by 2030

The CDN, launched in 2016, has proven instrumental in driving growth.
