The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Sunday rescued 6 passengers of a distressed motor boat in the waters off Barangay Rizal in Socorro, Surigao del Norte. Strong winds and big waves reportedly damaged the boat’s rudder thereby, requiring a rescue. PCG Photo
