Just before 2023 came to a close, Ilocos Norte First District Rep. Sandro Marcos and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) delivered a wave of relief and joy to Laoag City and the Municipality of Burgos with a P9.7 million TUPAD payout for 2,239 beneficiaries.
The Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) program provides temporary employment and financial support to those in need.
