Christmas serenade

Employees of the Parks Development Office of the local government of Manila serenade motorists with Christmas carols along Roxas Boulevard and get rewarded for their merry efforts. The office carries out the development and improvement plans of parks and plazas, tree planting activities, cleanliness, and beautification of center islands and side streets.
