Caloocan City 2nd District Representative Mitch Cajayon-Uy (center, in green) led the third batch of the distribution of the Cash Assistance and Rice Distribution (CARD) program of the Office of the House Speaker Martin Romualdez, and the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Barangay 120, Caloocan City on Saturday. Some 2000 beneficiaries received financial assistance of P2,000 from the CARD program.
