A Philippine Postal Corp. (PHLPost) staffer shows collectible stamps featuring dogs owned by historical figures such as Dr. Jose Rizal and Marcelo H. Del Pilar, in the book ‘Dogs in Philippine History’ authored by Ian Christopher B. Alfonso. The stamps were launched at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City on Tuesday, as PHLPost said they ‘awaken our understanding and treatment of dogs as they unfold with the history of our country’.
