Sunshine Place invites enthusiasts to delve into the world of the Ikebana-Sogetsu flower arrangement with an introductory workshop designed for beginners.
Renowned expert Marc Tomas, former President of Ikebana International Manila Chapter 108 and member of Sogetsu Potential Manila Chapter, will lead the workshop, drawing on his extensive experience in Ikebana instruction at Sunshine Place since 2017.
The workshop, scheduled for November 4, 11, 18, and 25 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., will cover fundamental Ikebana techniques, including the upright Moribana style, basic slanting with Variation #4 incorporating movements, basic Nagiri Style, and the artful combination of Moribana and Nagiri Arrangements.
