Barangay Polangi Chairman Joephel Ogayre (fifth from right) and community workers in Barangay Polangi, Catarman, Northen Samar express their gratitude to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) for the opening of the P50-million, two-story multi-purpose evacuation facility. It is the biggest evacuation structure to be built in Barangay Polangi, which usually has one of the highest numbers of displaced families when natural disasters strike.
