Motorists and commuters experience bumper-to-bumper traffic along Roxas Boulevard near the EDSA flyover in Pasay due to the rehabilitation of the southbound and northbound lanes on Wednesday. The repair works will last until Nov. 12, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority.
