The signing of the Sisterhood Agreement between the City of Mandaluyong and the Town of Quezon in Quezon Province was held last Oct. 23 at the City Hall of Mandaluyong City under the leadership of Quezon Mayor Juan F. Escolano.
Mandaluyong City Vice Mayor Mecnhie Abalos signed on behalf Mayor Ben Abalos. Also present during the signing were Quezon Vice Mayor Pedrito L. Alibarbar, city council members, and department heads.
Some benefits of this Sisterhood Agreement are having a satisfactory cultural exchange between the two cities, improving tourism, cooperation in education matters, development cooperation, and many others.
