Also joining the team in Japan to entice more investors was the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB)   chairman Pablo Gancayco.

Gancayco said that the AFAB is one of the fastest-growing freeports in the Philippines.

Property Access CEO and founder Hiroki Kazato and other officials also set up meetings between Bataan delegates and the Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism, wherein they discussed how the province can improve digitalization, tourism, and marketing, among others.

The local government of Bataan and Property Access signed a memorandum of understanding on the second day of the conference to attract potential investors, both local and international, for the province.
