Manila Water operating subsidiary Boracay Water launches Project Monsoon, which aims to provide free sewer connections to residential customers living within 60 to 100 meters from the nearest available sewer network. About 65 families from Barangay Manocmanoc and Balabag were given free service under the first phase of the project. Boracay Water is set to spend P108 million for the provision of free sewer connection to 1,860 households in its service area.
