Mayor Jerry Treñas hands over a symbolic key to the City Hall to girl Mayor Zen Jollie Heler of Assumption Iloilo. The Rotary Club of Iloilo City, in partnership with the local government, launched the Boys and Girls Week celebration wherein 69 high school students get the very rare chance to act as political leaders if only for a week.
