Meralco Power Academy (MPA), the energy education provider unit of Meralco, gets a certification from the Department of Energy (DOE) as a recognized training institution (RTI) under the Government Energy Management Program (GEMP). MPA president Nixon Hao (center) shows the certification, authorizing the academy to conduct the capability-building trainings for Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) professionals, in accordance with DOE-issued GEMP guidelines.
