Donny Pangilinan champions gender-inclusive skincare

ACTOR Donny Pangilinan advocates for a significant shift in societal perspectives by emphasizing the importance of breaking the stereotype that associates skincare exclusively with women. In his view, skincare should be recognized as a universal practice that benefits everyone, regardless of gender.

Donny’s perspective is grounded in the belief that skincare not only contributes to maintaining healthy skin but also plays a pivotal role in fostering self-confidence.

“Having great skin is good for everyone, it does a lot of things apart from looking good, it also boosts your self-confidence,” said the 25-year-old actor who was launched as the brand ambassador of skincare line QUICKFX in an event held at Watsons SM North Edsa The Grand.

Donny encourages everyone to practice proper skincare routine

Donny’s stance on skincare resonates with the idea that self-confidence is closely intertwined with one’s appearance and overall well-being. By encouraging people of all genders to embrace skincare routines, he aims to promote a more inclusive and equitable perspective on personal care.

Similar to any regular individual, Donny experienced an awkward phase during which he felt hesitant to venture outdoors due to a big pimple that appeared on his nose.

Being an active individual engaged in frequent running and gym sessions, the consumption of whey protein led to skin breakouts, particularly on his back. This was the driving force behind his search for an ideal solution to eliminate his skin imperfections.
