Fr. Denz Basada blesses the urns containing the ashes of Ben De Jesus Castro, Darwin Roddriguez Alva, and Gerald Tizon Ayoste in a religious rite dubbed the ‘13th Daluyan ng Paghilom’ held at the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace in Caloocan City. The deceased were alleged victims of the bloody anti-drugs war under the President Rodrigo Duterte administration.
