PCol Randy Glenn G Silvio, Laguna Police Provincial Office (right) led the transfer of San Pablo City Police Station’s symbolic flag on Thursday to incoming Chief of Police PLtCol Wilhelmino Soliven Saldivar Jr. (holding the flag), who takes over from PLtCol Joewie B Lucas (left).
The event was witnessed by Calabarzon Police Regional Director PBGen Carlito M. Gaces and San Pablo City Vice Mayor Justin Colago, who gave messages during the turnover ceremony (lower photo).
They later paid a courtesy call to the San Pablo Mayor Vicente Amante and to Laguna 3rd District Rep. Amben Amante, together with Sanguniang Panglungsod members. Roy Tomandao
