Asian Swifties may need to adjust their calendars as American pop star Taylor Swift reveals additional concert dates for the highly-anticipated The Eras Tour in Asia and Europe.
The 33-year-old artist took to her social media on Wednesday to share the exciting news with her fans worldwide.
“EXCUSE ME HI I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY,” she wrote. “I can’t wait to see so many of you on The Eras Tour next year on these new international dates!”
However, fans in the Philippines were disappointed to learn that the country was not included in her tour stop in Asia. The singer-songwriter will only be performing in two countries in Asia: Japan and Singapore.
Disheartened by the news, Filipino fans are expected to travel to other countries to watch the multi-Grammy award winner perform live.
Taylor last performed in the Philippines in 2014 during her Red tour, and Swifties in the country have been eagerly anticipating her return.
The “Anti-Hero” singer is currently touring around the world with her Eras Tour and is set to release her album Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) on July 7.
