Senate Majority Leader Joel Villanueva talks to residents of Mansalay town in Oriental Mindoro on Thursday and led the distribution of financial assistance and food packs to 1,250 residents there. The residents thanked Villanueva, who was the first Senator to visit their town, for his effort to aid those severely affected by the oil spill. With him are Oriental Mindoro 2nd District Rep. Boy Umali and Mansalay Mayor Ferdinand Maliwanag.
