Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Felipe Medalla leads the signing of a memorandum of agreement with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority and BDO Foundation on the development of a free online course on personal finance. The agreement aims to boost the financial health of over four million learners of technical and vocational skills. Other signatories are BSP Deputy Governor Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, TESDA director-general Danilo Cruz, TESDA deputy director-general Rosanna Urdaneta, BDOF president Mario Deriquito and BDOF trustees Lucy Co Dy and Lazaro Jerome Guevarra.
