Personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the Philippine Army and the Department of Health conduct a simulation exercise against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) attack to mark the 10th year anniversary of the European Union CBRN Risk Mitigation Centres of Excellence Regional Secretariat for Southeast Asia. The drill takes place at the BFP headquarters in Quezon City.
