An initiative of Valenzuela City Mayor Wes Gatchalian, “Oplan Linis Ganda Cable” aims to clear the city’s thoroughfares of obstructions that create traffic jams. The project is being undertaken in collaboration with private corporations including PLDT, Meralco and Globe Telecommunications.
