Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez addresses the groundbreaking ceremony for the projected P325-milllion Siargao Island Medical Center in Surigao Del Norte. Romualdez said the upcoming facility will upgrade the Siargao District Hospital into a Level ll General Hospital, increase its bed capacity from 50 to 100, and raise professional health care services in the island.
