Cavite City Mayor Denver Chua officiates at a mass wedding for 31 couples on the eve of Valentine’s Day in Chua’s Pavilion in Barangay Dalahican. A similar event is set to take place today in Dasmariñas City to be celebrated by Mayor Jenny Barzaga for some 750 couples.
