Tuguegarao City—The giant inflatable Wonder Flower garden at the Valley Park was formally opened at the SM City-Tuguegarao mall on Monday night here.
The garden highlights inflatable flowers in three “worlds” including a 4.2-meter-high flower area with other flower elements at the Main Flower World, the Fantasy Flower World which features a 3.2-meter-high flower and other flowers, and the Mushroom World which features various inflatable mushrooms and other decorations.
Filipino illustrator Mark Magnaye and interdisciplinary artist Molly Chen developed the concept of the wonder flower garden. It was designed with giant vibrant displays made in larger-than-life rainbow of blooms.
Carlos Maramag, a local tourist, said his children were jubilant upon seeing the vibrant-colored inflatable elements.
“So amazing to see as our children enjoy frolicking here,” he said.
The park’s flower garden will be opened to tourists until May this year.
