The housing project,  located in 1-Bataan Village, Phase 1 project, Barangay Daan Pare, Orion, Bataan, comprises six three-story low-rise

buildings composed of 36 units per building, measuring 27 square meters per unit.

The event was part of the national government’s initiative to address the six million housing backlog of the country through the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

Tai said the NHA was committed to provide 1.3 million housing units for the informal settlers and impoverished families within his six-year tenure to help address the increasing demand for housing.

Tai’s special assistant Rovin Andrew Feliciano represented him in the turnover and acceptance ceremony, along with NHA region III manager Minerva Calantuan.
