Some 50 tricycles and pedicabs are towed to an impounding area in Sta. Cruz, Manila by elements of the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau were towed along Sta. Cruz, Manila for alleged violation of traffic laws, notably obstruction of vehicular flow.
