Vision care project

Officials of the Rotary Club of Manila demonstrate the Rotary Vision Care Project during the project’s launching on Wednesday in Pasay City. The project will provide children, parents, and educators of 15 schools in Manila with complimentary eye-testing services and eyeglasses.
