With crowd control policemen in place, civil society groups hold a protest action in front of the House of Representatives in Quezon City to urge the lawmakers to look into tax dodging practices, as well as the harmful environmental impact of companies in the extractives sector. The rally is part of the observance of the annual Global Day of Action for Tax Justice in the Extractives Sector.
