Eton Properties Philippines Inc. executive director Kyle Tan (third from right) joins Urban Land Institute officers and other real estate leaders on opening the first real estate library and center in the Philippines and the Asian region, in celebration of ULI’s 10th anniversary in the Philippines. Eton is among the founding members of the ULI that brought the franchise in the Philippines in 2012 by way of donation. Together with the ULI, it supports the mission of shaping the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.
