The Puluy-an Art Galley opened its doors on Saturday with artworks from different Ilonggo artists. “Puluy-an” means home in Hiligaynon and the gallery will serve as the home of Ilonggo artists and art students who intend to pursue a vocation in the visual arts. Arnold Almacen
