Nuvali, a 2,400-hectare mixed-use development that encompasses the cities of Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, and Calamba in Laguna, is touted to be the country’s first and largest eco-city development, built on the principles of sustainable design.
This year, it is bringing back the water show which is now dubbed The Nuvali Fountain of Lights. It is a water show featuring the works of GA Fallarme – a Manila-based projection and video designer with a diverse body of work ranging from theatrical productions and concerts to advertising and corporate events and large-scale video installations. His work has been featured throughout Asia, Australia, London, and the United States.
There will be three show contents: Parol ng Pasko, featuring the iconic Filipino Christmas symbol – the parol (lantern). It will showcase colorful 3D parol elements with distinct and elaborate designs in a vivid spectacle of movement; Philippine Biodiversity / Bioluminescence – highlighting the water fountain showing the rich biodiversity of the Philippines, using neon and glow-in-the-dark underwater creatures creating stunning images and visuals; and Constellation, a visual journey through a host of splendid constellations and the mythical creatures they convey. The visual spectacle will be accompanied by a lively musical arrangement specially made for the show.
The Nuvali Fountain of Lights will be shown at the Lakeside Grounds of Nuvali, Santa Rosa Laguna. It will open from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a show playing every 30 minutes. Admission is free.
On November 18, Nuvali is excited to share the news that it will be home to Uniqlo’s third Roadside Store, giving its residents and guests more reasons to come, live, and explore this thriving eco-city. Uniqlo’s stand-alone branch will be a welcome treat to its residents and neighboring cities as it is a refreshing choice for Christmas presents this holiday season.
Being the best place for multi-activities, fun outdoor pursuits also abound in Nuvali. Its Lakeside area offers diverse recreational activities. Families and friends could enjoy a Nuvali Boat Ride during the day, fish feeding, or jogging by the Lakeside.
In addition to the various dining choices within the estate, McDonald’s is also set to launch its 700th store in Nuvali – a standalone restaurant that will be located in front of Qualimed hospital. Aligned with the estate’s sustainability efforts, they will be building a green-and-good store that will feature sustainable solutions.
Other stores that are set to open are Landers, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and MerryMart Grocery while Seda Hotel will launch its second building with 200 additional rooms.
Indulge, Invest, Explore
Since its launch in 2008, it has become a leading growth center that supports sustainable ecological living, allowing residents to live side-by-side with nature. More commercial lots are available in its recently unveiled Central Bloc. A commercial area with amenity retail that will directly serve the residents.
Nuvali will even be more accessible upon the completion of major tollway projects, from the SLEX Expansion, Skyway Extension, and Cavite Laguna Expressway. Furthermore, access from the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) will be enhanced as soon as the West Service Road Flyover, Ayala Land’s first flyover project, is completed.
Its commercial lot sales in its Business Districts (Lakeside Evozone and East Bloc) have stayed solid because of the estate’s priming activities and its high land value appreciation of up to 650 percent.
With the Future Business District situated across the Lakeside Evozone, Nuvali looks forward to a more promising and productive future as its goal is to constantly develop more office, commercial, and lifestyle locations.
