The Navotas City government facilitated a benchmarking activity of the NavoHimlayan Crematorium, Columbarium, and Funeral Chapel for Valenzuela City. Mayor John Rey Tiangco welcomed Valenzuela Mayor Weslie Gatchalian and other officials at the said event. The NavoHimlayan was established to address the issues of congestion and
lack of space in the city’s public cemetery.
