Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) chief Carlito Galvez addressed members of the media at Kapihan in Manila Bay to announce an ongoing peace process in Mindanao during the upcoming National Peace Consciousness Month this September.
