DMCI Homes is gearing up for the sales launch next month of Fortis Residences, a new upscale mixed-use development with one residential tower in Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City. The project will be the company’s second project under premium brand DMCI Homes’ Exclusive after Oak Harbor Residences, a residential condominium in Asiaworld City, Parañaque. Fortis Residences will be part of the upcoming Chino Roces Special Mixed-Use District—seen to be the Philippine financial capital’s next center of commerce, cultural hub, and recreational zone.
