YG Entertainment announced on July 26 that BLACKPINK is in the middle of filming a new music video in anticipation of their comeback next month.
According to Soompi, the agency shared, “The highest production cost ever was spent.” Last month, a representative from YG Entertainment shocked fans, also known as Blinks (BLACKPINK’s fandom name), when they revealed the group’s comeback.
“The whole process is going smoothly as it was meticulously prepared under a thorough plan,” YG Entertainment added.
Following the announcement is their preparation to “set out for the largest scale world tour in K-pop girl group history.”
BLACKPINK’s collaboration track with PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile will drop the music video this July 29 at midnight EDT.
