It’s an age-old tradition to water-dousing fest in San Juan City to mark the feast of St. John, the Baptist where practically everybody get their fair share of cold water, locals and non-locals alike. Mayor-elect Francis Zamora even uses a fire truck to put the activities which pick up anew after two years of hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic on a wider dimension.
