CDC disowns Clark hot air balloon event

Clark Development Corp. wishes to inform the public that it has not approved the conduct of any hot air balloon event inside Clark for the year 2020.

The clarification is being issued in view of a social media post titled “Clark Hot Air Balloon: Music, Art, and Food Festival” said to be scheduled on Feb. 14, 15 and 16, 2020. 

The purported event announces the participation of several notable music artists and groups and disc jockeys.

“With this, the CDC would like to caution the public against any representation that solicits support for business and other purposes,” it added in the statement.
