Members of Divisoria Public Market Credit Cooperative stage a protest rally even as they file graft charges against Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso and Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan for selling of the old Divisoria market to a secretive private developer for P1.45 billion. The mayor’s camp, Aksyon Demokratiko, says they have yet to see a copy of the complaint filed at the Office of the Ombudsman in Quezon City.
