Acting Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Bernie Cruz has officially joined the nationwide crusade supporting the candidacy of former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and his running-mate Davao Mayor Sara Duterte.
Marcos Jr. is one of the presidential aspirants in the coming May elections.
In a meeting with Masada national lead convenor Undersecretary Ben Raque, Cruz said that he is joining Masada to support the crusade to continue the gains of the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.
Raque said the support of Cruz will bolster the snowballing support to the Marcos,Jr.-Sara Duterte Tandem.
Cruz served as DAR undersecretary for Foreign Assisted Project Office (FASCO) before his appointment as DAR acting secretary. He is described by his peers as a man of few words but a person of action. Cruz has set up the Masada operation center in Makati and will also set up Masada Headquarter in Zambales.
