One of the attractions in SM Megamall’s Year of the Tiger centerpiece at the Mega Fashion Hall is the Prosperity Pond. Much like a wishing well, it is updated with digital features that will delight the young and not so young alike until the end of February.
Here, mallgoers can digitally engrave their wishes about fortune, career, love, and health using the pond’s special tablets. Those with mobile phones, on the other hand, may scan the QR code at the marker near the Prosperity Pond.
After typing the wish they would like to receive, whether it is good fortune, successful career, luck in love, and good health, mallgoers can swipe the coin to toss it along with their wish. The coin will instantly appear at the Prosperity Pond, and a surprise message about the digitally engraved wish will be shown on screen.
Apart from the Prosperity Pond, SM Megamall’s centerpiece includes animated tiger figures, hanging Chinese lanterns, and 2D Chinese gold ingots. There are also magical trees with Chinese lanterns and a giant display with the 12 zodiac signs that are perfect photo spots.
