Fifty Typhoon Odette victims from Surigao City extend their gratitude to former House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano after receiving P10,000 in cash aid each under the Sampung Libong Pag-Asa program. This includes fishermen, farmers, and urban poor residents. To date, more than 15,700 Filipino families have received the 10K Ayuda in just one year.
