A high government official who defies the administration’s vaccination policy should not be allowed to report to work, Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon on Wednesday said.
Drilon said Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) Chief Persida Acosta’s admission that she remains unvaccinated is “a slap in the face” of the government’s vaccination campaign.

He said Acosta is putting the life, health and safety of her co-workers in danger.
“Until she gets vaccinated, she should be barred from reporting to work,” Drilon said.
